Shortly after the release of the foldable smartphone Motorola RAZR (2019), the first rumors about the launch of the second revision of the gadget appeared on the network – and finally, they were confirmed. Insider Evan Blass, known for its high accuracy of forecasts, has published a high-quality render showing the appearance of the future novelty long before the manufacturer’s announcement.
According to the image, the updated version of the RAZR looks almost identical to last year’s version. Only the color of the smartphone case has changed – other modifications, according to network sources, affected the device’s hardware platform. The gadget is credited with a Snapdragon 765G processor with an integrated 5G modem, a 6.2-inch flexible main OLED display, an auxiliary 2.7-inch diagonal, a 2845 mAh battery and support for 18W fast charging.
According to rumors, the novelty will also receive improved cameras compared to its predecessor: the 5-megapixel front camera will be replaced by a 20-megapixel module, and instead of the main sensor with a resolution of 16 megapixels, the manufacturer uses a more advanced 48-megapixel Samsung GM1.
The source does not inform about the cost and date of the presentation of the new clamshell phone.
